By providing personal information to us, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. Your acceptance of our Privacy Policy is deemed to occur upon your first use of our site. If you do not accept and agree with this policy, you must stop using our site immediately.

4.      What Data Do We Collect?

 

We may obtain personal data face to face, electronically, on paper (such as any form you complete - including any online form) or verbally (such as during any telephone conversations we have with you).

Depending upon your use of our site, ONFINITY LTD may collect some or all of the following personal and non-personal data (please also see section 12 on our use of cookies and similar technologies):

If you enter into a contract with us, or use our IT services we may collect information about your computers, hardware and software and network. We often collect information on our clients such as company address, email address, phone number and other contact information relating to your place of work. We may store your home address and contact information if you provide us with that information, only for the purposes of providing you with your chosen IT services.

We may store sensitive information such as passwords to our clients systems or services, which are only available to employees of ONFINITY LTD. Please let us know if you would prefer us not to store such information, and these records will be deleted, however it may restrict the services that we can provide to you if we do so.

 

5.      How Do ONFINITY LTD Use Your Data?

 

All personal data is processed and stored securely, for no longer than is necessary in light of the reason(s) for which it was first collected. ONFINITY LTD will comply with our obligations and safeguard your rights under the GDPR at all times.

ONFINITY LTD do not keep your personal data for any longer than is necessary in light of the reason(s) for which it was first collected. Data will therefore be retained for the following periods (or its retention will be determined on the following bases):

  • the duration of a fulfilment of any contract or service ONFINITY LTD provide
  • or as per any requirement under law for the delivery of that service
  • any legal obligations that ONFINITY LTD suppliers have in force.

 

6.      How and Where Do We Store Your Data?

 

Some or all of your data may be stored outside of the European Economic Area (“the EEA”) (The EEA consists of all EU member states, plus Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein). You are deemed to accept and agree to this by using our site and submitting information to us. If ONFINITY LTD do store data outside the EEA, we will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your data is treated as safely and securely as it would be within the UK and under the GDPR including:

  • encrypting data at rest, using the highest level of encryption available for the service/ supplier used.
  • ensuring that we use the latest hardware and software solutions, protect all computer equipment with complex password policies, and encrypt all devices.
  • Training all of our staff on data protection and ensuring that they sign our Data Protection and Acceptable Use Policy.

We understand that whilst providing you with our IT services, we may have access to your own data and networks. our staff will have high access privileges, and your data may be sensitive. We will only ever access your data and networks to provide you with the services that you have purchased from us, and for no other reasons under any circumstances.

 

7.      Sharing Your Data

 

ONFINITY LTD will never sell or rent your data to other parties.

ONFINITY LTD may sometimes contract with third parties to supply products and services to you on our behalf. These may include payment processing, delivery of goods, search engine facilities, advertising, and marketing.
